PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovations to
the old Farmers and Mechanics Bank Building on the corner of second and
Market streets. New entry lobby and main stair in existing 1,400 sq. ft.
space to allow the bank interior to be occupied by commercial offices on
two stories. Renovations were designed for owner John Lockland.
