CMW Group, Inc. was established in 1994 under the Principal Architect Richard M. Washburn (President), Jack S. Cash (Vice President),
and Bruce G. Mahlandt (Secretary/Treasurer), each holding over 20 years
experience. CMW Group purchased Titus/Fox Architects, a highly
respected 12-year-old multi-disciplined Architectural firm, in 1997.
The current firm has grown to include 8 full-time professionals. We
are currently working on projects in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and
Ohio.
In the Fall of "2001" we opened an office in Leesburg,
Virginia, located at 15 North King Street. The opening of this
office was a direct response to the need to provide quality Client Service to our
customers in the Virginia area.
